    Pallikalvi.in தளம் தன்னை தமிழ்நாடு பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறையின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ இணையத்தளமாக கூறிக் கொள்கிறது. தலைப்பில் அரசு சின்னம், பெயர் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. ஆனால், தளத்தின் கீழே தமிழ்நாடு பெற்றோர் ஆசிரியர் கழகமும் தனியார் நிறுவனம் ஒன்றும் கூட்டாக நடத்தும் தளம் என்று தெரிவிக்கிறது.

    இத்தளத்தில் அளவுக்கு அதிகமான விளம்பரங்களும் அதன் மூலம் பெரிய வருவாயும் வருகிறது. உண்மை புரியாதவர்கள், அரசு ஏன் தனது தளத்தில் விளம்பரங்கள் வெளியிடுகிறது என்ற தவறான எண்ணத்துக்கு வருகிறார்கள்.

    ஆனால், இது உண்மையிலேயே அரசு தளம் தானா என உறுதி செய்ய முடியவில்லை. வழக்கமான அரசு இணையத்தளங்கள் tn.gov.in முகவரியிலேயே இருக்கும்.

    தனியார் தளத்தில் அரசு பெயரைத் தவறாகப் பயன்படுத்துவது குற்றம் / மோசடி. ஒரு வேளை, உண்மையிலேயே அரசு தளம் என்றால், இந்த விளம்பரங்களை நீக்க வேண்டும். குறைந்தபட்சம், இந்த விளம்பர வருவாய் எங்கு போகிறது என்று அறிய வேண்டும். தளத்தின் வருகைப் புள்ளிவிவரங்களை வைத்துப் பார்க்கையில் மாதம் குறைந்தது 50,000 ரூபாய்க்கு குறையாமல் விளம்பர வருவாய் அளிக்கக் கூடிய தளம். போதாக்குறைக்கு, இத்தளத்தில் நன்கொடை வேறு வாங்குகிறார்கள்.

    “என்ன பெரிய குற்றம், பிழைச்சுப் போகட்டுமே?” என்று நண்பர் ஒருவர் சொன்னார். வலைப்பதிவுகள், டுவிட்டர் என்று எங்கும் கும்மிப் புரட்சி செய்து கொண்டிருக்கும் நாம் இணையத்திலேயே அரசின் பெயரால் நடக்கும் ஒரு மோசடியைக் கூட தட்டிக் கேட்காவிட்டால் எப்படி? தவிர, இந்தப் போக்கு தொடர்ந்தால், நாளையே தமிழக அரசு நல்வாழ்வுத் துறையின் வலைத்தளம் என ஒன்றைப் போட்டு மருந்துகளைக் கூட விற்கலாம் என்பதை உணர்ந்தால் இதன் தீவிரம் புரியும்.

    அரசுத் துறையில் உள்ள சில அதிகாரிகளைத் தொடர்பு கொண்டுள்ளோம். இன்னும் முறையான நடவடிக்கை இல்லை. செம்மொழி மாநாடு நடந்த போது பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகளுக்கான ஓவியப்போட்டி இத்தளம் மூலமே ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட்டது. அரசு கல்வித்துறை மூலமும் பல்வேறு இடங்களில் இத்தளம் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டு வருகிறது. எனவே, அரசில் உள்ள ஒருசிலருக்காவது தெரியாமல் இருக்க வாய்ப்பில்லை.

    He is also the first Indian who has written a western classical symphony. Composing a symphony is the ultimate in composing music in the western classical tradition. That is on the lines of such great composers like Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Brahms, who had given us so much of great music. The time taken to complete a symphony to be played by a full scale symphony orchestra varies from composer to composer; depending upon his mood, the complexity of music, etc. If Mozart took a few days to complete a symphony, Brahms took fourteen years to complete one of his symphonies. And Ilaiyaraaja well known for his speed of composing completed this symphony in just one month’s time.
